Responsibilities / Duties
- Support the delivery of moderate to large initiatives by coordinating activities across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with senior leaders, stakeholders, and team members to understand objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
- Assist in translating business goals into delivery plans, milestones, and task dependencies.
- Facilitate team coordination and collaboration to maintain momentum and alignment.
- Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate concerns as needed.
- Participate in or facilitate agile and hybrid delivery ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Help identify and remove delivery impediments by working with team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain delivery artifacts and documentation in alignment with PMO standards and practices.
- Provide clear and timely updates on initiative progress to delivery leadership and stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline delivery processes and improve execution efficiency.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
- Ability to work independently with guidance from senior delivery leadership.
- Familiarity with delivery and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Zoom).
Education and Experience
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience required.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certifications preferred.
- 3 years of experience supporting or leading project or initiative delivery.
- 3 years of experience working in Technology environments and partnering with cross-functional teams to solve business problems.
- Exposure to vendor coordination or third-party delivery preferred.
Physical Requirements- This position requires extended periods of desk work, up to eight hours per day
