What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the Liberty Tax office during tax season and beyond
- Manage front desk staff and tax preparers with a focus on professionalism and service
- Ensure accurate data entry, client file organization, and IRS compliance
- Monitor workflow and maintain an efficient, client-first environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns
- Handle scheduling, team communication, and general office coordination
- Assist with bookkeeping and administrative tasks (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
- Support marketing and outreach efforts during tax season
Qualifications:
- Experience in office management, customer service, or team leadership
- Bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and keep operations running smoothly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or accounting training a plus
