Liberty Tax & Loans is looking for a someone with a desire to work within a small business to achieve goals and help the success of our locally owned and operated business. The ideal individual will have the ability to manage their book of business successfully by building a relationship with our clients, providing clients with detailed information about our loan product. We enjoy having a strong team.
Responsible for the daily operations of an installment loan office. Daily duties include but are not limited to serving customers by providing product and service information in a warm and friendly manner, approving, and collecting on loans, making phone calls, collecting document and cash handling. Our goal is to serve our customers. We can achieve this goal when we have the best talent working in an environment where employees feel included and recognized.
We are looking for a positive and professional candidate with a focus on solving problems and providing excellent customer service to every customer every time. Need to be able to listen and relate to all kinds of people and identify their needs. Need to be tech savvy and know how to use that knowledge to find solutions while focusing on one customer at a time.
