Job Description:

We are seeking a technical sales leader with a dynamic growth mindset to guide our growing company and team of sales engineers through the next phase of Liberty Systems’ product and market expansion. This technical sales professional is responsible for commercial strategy and execution, team leadership & development, and customer experience maximization.

Responsibilities:

1.                 Define annual sales growth strategy, plans, KPI’s and metrics for sales engineers.

2.                 Enhance commercial processes (quoting, forecasting, account management) and GTM channels to streamline sales cycles and customer journeys.

3.                 Develop new opportunities and strengthen key customer relationships by coaching and partnering with internal and external teams on customer specifications / designs, presentations, and value based negotiations.

4.                 Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and action competitive product and market insights to drive product development and increase market shares.

5.                 Identify and optimize appropriate business development and sales enable tools, technology, and resources.

Qualifications:

·                    Education:   Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related technical field.

·                    Experience: Industrial / commercial industry, air compressors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or

related field.

·                    Travel:         Up to 50% travel to customer / partner locations and trade shows.
