Location: Statesville, NC 28625
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 1st Shift (Exact hours TBD) | Monday–Saturday as needed

Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support a fast-paced industrial environment. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a variety of industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
- Run power supply wiring and conduit for new and existing equipment (robots, conveyors, PLCs)
- Diagnose and replace faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, and motors
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Connect wiring and cables between machines and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete special projects and tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (English required for safety)
- Ability to read, write, and perform advanced math
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment
- Willingness to work Saturdays as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Background in building maintenance and preventative maintenance
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
