We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Marketing & Sales Enablement Program Specialist to join our growing team. As a key individual contributor, you will support marketing execution, organize cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate closely with our field sales team to provide the tools, content, and resources they need to drive growth. You will also leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, reporting, and automation across the marketing and sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Program Support
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and programs across digital, social, events, and dealer channels.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external partners.
- Assist with product launches and go-to-market activities, ensuring assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign dashboards, and cross-functional updates.
Sales Enablement
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, and graphic design to ensure designs for dealers and national accounts.
- Partner closely with field sales to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain sales enablement resources, including product sheets, presentations, playbooks, training materials, dealer kits, and competitive insights.
- Organize and maintain our Digital Asset Management system
- Create scalable processes to support dealer communication, dealer marketing, and sales support.
- Identify and implement process improvements that streamline sales/marketing alignment.
- Ensure sales teams have timely, accurate, and compelling tools to drive revenue and elevate the customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a key connector between marketing, design, product, operations, and field sales.
- Support internal communication for launches, promotions, and updates.
- Support content creation, asset organization, and marketing operations using AI tools (copywriting, asset tagging, reporting, automation).
- Gather input, feedback, and intelligence from field reps to improve campaigns and customer engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years in marketing coordination, sales enablement, or related marketing roles.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, content creation, reporting, or marketing operations.
- Experience supporting field sales teams or dealer networks is highly preferred.
- Ability to build and improve processes, templates, and workflows.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
