Position Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll manage pre-scheduled appointments to sell roofing services, primarily to residential homeowners with some commercial opportunities. This commission-based role rewards strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships. You'll focus on conducting inspections, presenting tailored solutions, closing deals, collecting payments, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. What You’ll Be Doing
- Attend pre-scheduled appointments at residential and commercial sites to assess roofing needs and conduct thorough on-site inspections, identifying issues and documenting findings for clients.
- Create and present customized roofing options, addressing homeowners' needs, budgets, and timelines while highlighting benefits and addressing any concerns.
- Negotiate and close sales deals confidently, finalizing agreements and collecting payments according to company policies right at the point of sale.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing follow-up support, answering questions, and building long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams by relaying inspection details, customer requirements, and payment info to the Inside Sales or Production Coordinator for seamless handoffs.
- Track your personal sales performance (like conversion rates and revenue generated), report results to the Sales Manager, and stay informed on competitor offerings, market trends, and new company services.
- Uphold high ethical standards, adhere to industry and legal requirements, and represent the Liberty Roofing Pros brand with professionalism and transparency.
