Role Description
This full-time role for a Stitcher Operator is based on-site at our facility in Las Vegas, NV. The Stitcher Operator will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating stitching machinery to produce high-quality printed materials. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines. This role also involves maintaining safety protocols and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth production workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience with operating, setting up, and maintaining stitching machinery or similar equipment
- Knowledge of quality control processes, including inspecting printed materials for accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to meet production schedules
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment
- Prior experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is a plus
