Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and physical education.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support for students with special needs through early intervention strategies.
- Foster strong communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Conduct assessments including standardized testing to evaluate student performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and classroom management strategies.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children in daycare or preschool settings.
- Utilize Montessori methods or other educational philosophies as appropriate.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in early childhood education or preschool environments.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and childhood development principles.
- Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management is highly desirable.
- Background in special education or tutoring is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
