Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and medication management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and caregivers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and comfort
Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleaning, as well as maintaining a clean and organized environment
Participate in activity planning and implementation, promoting socialization, engagement, and enjoyment among residents
Collaborate with the care team to identify and address individual resident needs, preferences, and concerns
Document resident care and interactions in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals with memory loss
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease
Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
