What are the responsibilities and job description for the medical biller position at Liberty Physical Therapy?
We are seeking an organized, dependable, detail-oriented & skillful Medical Billing / AR Specialist with hands-on experience in Physical Therapy billing.
Please do not apply if you don't meet below qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience required as Medical Biller; insurance verification, submitting claims, AR follow ups, appeals, payment posting, etc.
- Ideal candidate has 1-2 years experience in Physical Therapy
- Expertise in billing, coding & collections
- Proficient in the use of billing software, computers and related software such as Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), etc.
- Experience with Raintree EMR is a plus
- References will be required and verified
