**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with learning management administration or technical support in educational technology.
- Proficient analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with advanced software applications and platforms.
- Strong customer service and administrative capabilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of educational tech platforms, especially learning management systems.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in interpersonal relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JIRA is a bonus.
- Experience with system requirements is advantageous.
