Technical Sales Engineer

Role will involve the following:
- Partner with the sales team on customer needs, presentations, and future-ready solutions.
- Design and deploy networking, security, server, storage, and cloud solutions across various providers.
- Build secure, scalable hybrid/cloud integrations with testing, docs, and handover.
- Deliver advanced troubleshooting and Tier-3 support across systems and networks.
- Monitor, optimize, ensure compliance, and meet SLAs/KPIs.
- Research emerging tech and co-develop new service offerings with product and engineering teams.
- Write documentation and training materials as well as improve service offerings via customer feedback.
