A well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with experience and some portable business focused on Orphans’ Court litigation to help expand and strengthen their Trusts & Estates practice.

This is a strategic growth hire to support an expanding team that handles sophisticated estate and fiduciary matters. The ideal candidate is a litigator who understands the nuances of Orphans’ Court practice and is eager to contribute to a collaborative and growing platform.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Litigation experience, preferably with Orphans’ Court matters (will contests, guardianships, fiduciary disputes)
• A book of portable business in estate litigation
• Excellent writing and courtroom skills
• Team-oriented, with a client-focused mindset and entrepreneurial energy
