An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced engineering leader to oversee a New York office, drive business growth, and lead complex façade, civil, and structural engineering projects. This role combines technical expertise, team leadership, client relationship management, and strategic business development.

• Lead and oversee engineering projects, ensuring technical quality, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage daily office operations, recruit and mentor staff, and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while identifying new business opportunities across the New York market.
• Lead proposals, client presentations, and industry networking initiatives.
• Drive office growth and implement strategic business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a master’s degree preferred.
• Active New York Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10 years of progressive engineering and leadership experience within the AEC industry.
• Proven success in project management, business development, and client relationship building.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
