About The Opportunity

An emerging technology company with an innovative, software-driven platform used in clinical procedures. They are growing their commercial team and seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to build and lead their presence across the Northeast.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new business with hospitals, medical centers, and academic health systems
• Build relationships with physicians, department leaders, and procurement teams
• Learn each customer’s clinical and operational challenges and shape tailored solutions
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that show clear clinical and competitive value
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and close
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts
• Provide strong post-sale follow-up to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Partner with internal marketing and product teams, sharing customer and market feedback
• Track competitor activity and market trends to uncover new opportunities
• Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of sales experience with clinical software and/or capital equipment
• Experience in a start-up or a new division of a larger company, and comfort in an entrepreneurial environment
• Existing relationships with procedural specialists are a plus
• Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Residence in the Northeast US (required)
