Project Manager – Building Automation / HVAC Controls

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage building automation and HVAC controls projects from kickoff through closeout
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, resources, and field teams
- Act as the technical bridge between engineering, operations, and clients
- Support estimating efforts and scope development
- Participate in capital improvement projects and system upgrades
- Help improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency
- Several years of hands-on technical experience in:
- BMS engineering or programming
- HVAC equipment and controls
- Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms:
- Siemens
- Honeywell
- Tridium / Niagara
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and automation projects
- Someone interested in long-term growth, not just a title
- Crossover into estimating and operations (not siloed)
- Clear runway into leadership or management based on performance
- Technical expertise is valued and used
