Job Details:

Project Engineer – Controls

125K/year

Design and execute controls engineering projects, including PLC programming, HMI/SCADA configuration, instrumentation, control panels, and technical documentation.

  • Program and test Rockwell PLCs using Logix5, Logix500, and Studio 5000.
  • Develop schematics, P&IDs, control narratives, loop drawings, layouts, and BOMs.
  • Configure FactoryTalk View and Ignition HMI/SCADA systems.
  • Engineer control panels, including component selection, load calculations, and enclosure layouts.
  • Support project coordination, FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, startup, and operator training.
