**Key Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or 10 years of Operations Management experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in machine manufacturing or industrial process operations.
• Proven track record with 10 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comprehensive understanding of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, and loss control programs is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt within a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Adept knowledge of equipment operations and troubleshooting.
