Manager, Enterprise Voice Communications

Hybrid onsite

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Enterprise Voice Communications to lead our enterprise voice engineering organization. This leadership role manages a team of voice engineers (4 direct reports) while driving the strategy, architecture, and operational excellence of our enterprise communications environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of voice engineers, providing technical leadership and career development.
• Define the strategy and roadmap for enterprise voice and unified communications platforms.
• Manage modern PBX technologies, including Ribbon, along with enterprise voice carrier relationships.
• Oversee vendor partnerships, contract negotiations, and service delivery.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and highly available voice infrastructure, including communications security and resiliency.
• Lead major telephony initiatives, platform upgrades, and modernization projects while aligning technology with business objectives.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise voice, telecommunications, or unified communications.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams and leading technical professionals.
• Strong background with modern PBX platforms (Ribbon preferred) and enterprise voice carriers.
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of communications security and high-availability voice environments.
• Cloud telephony experience is a plus.
