Legal Billing Coordinator

65-85K, Hybrid.

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP 50 AM Law Firm seeking an experienced Legal Billing Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate and distribute client invoices based on attorney and paralegal time entries and expenses incurred.
  • Review time entries and expenses to ensure accuracy and adherence to billing guidelines.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to address any billing inquiries or discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update client billing files and records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2 Years of legal/law firm experience required.
  • 2 Years of Legal Billing experience.
  • Proficiency in 3E or Billing Systems required.
