Civil Engineering Manager

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support business development: proposals, presentations, client relationships
- Build and strengthen client opportunities and market presence
- Represent the firm at industry and community events
- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from planning through execution
- Provide technical guidance to site civil team members
- Manage project priorities, objectives, and financial performance
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus)
- 8 years leading site development, municipal roadway/utility projects
- Proven success in business development planning and client engagement
- Strong knowledge of stormwater management, utility design, and permitting
- Minnesota PE license required (other Midwest states a plus)
- Experience managing teams preferred
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Familiarity with Autodesk Civil3D and hydrology/hydraulic software
