A national law firm seeks a mid to senior-level associate for its Labor & Employment Department in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to provide both litigation and advisory services to employers, focusing on discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage/hour issues.

Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in litigation and offer legal counsel on workplace issues.
• Advise on compliance with federal and California employment laws.
• Handle complex employment disputes, including class actions.
• Draft legal documents and provide strategic guidance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years of employment law experience, with at least 2 years in California.
• Strong litigation background, especially in discrimination, harassment, and wage/hour law.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• JD and California Bar admission required.
