IT Technical Systems Support Engineer

Our growing client is seeking an IT Systems Support Engineer. This is a full time, direct hire role with a very well established company that will work 3 days a week onsite in Philadelphia.

This role is open due to growth and will work closely with various team's within the organization to maintain and troubleshoot various IT systems.

Qualified candidates will have experience with most of the following:

• A proactive problem-solver with a creative approach to finding solutions related to systems support.
• A background supporting both hardware and software products.
• Proficiency in Linux command-line operations, network troubleshooting, and managing Linux USB devices.
• Experience in identifying and resolving hardware problems involving scanners, touchscreens, and other specialized hardware components.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
