Branch Manager - Outside Sales

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Drive sales and gross profit through strategic planning and execution.
• Expand and manage a diverse customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Optimize branch operations for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Recruit, develop, and empower branch employees while fostering a positive work culture.
• Collaborate with senior management to enhance showroom and outside sales performance.
  
  

**Qualifications:**

• Proven track record in Sales and Business Development.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales and warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with basic applications in Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is ideal.
• Willingness to engage with long-term customers and spearhead change management.
