What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing electrical systems for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects that don’t just meet code—they flex on it
• Working with mechanical and plumbing teams who actually like collaborating (rare, we know)
• Owning projects from kickoff to punch list like the organized chaos wizard you are
• Spotting issues before anyone else even knows they exist because your brain runs on 277/480V
  
  

What You Bring

• 3–15 years in electrical MEP design
• AutoCAD/Revit skills sharp enough to make BIM coordinators weep with joy
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, energy codes, and whatever Florida throws at you seasonally (storms… mostly storms)
• Strong communication game—because “uhh idk ask the GC” isn’t your style
