I'm seeking a Director Product Management for a full-time position with a stable and growing company in the Greater Philadelphia area. This is an exciting opportunity for a Product leader who is looking to take ownership of a line of Products while providing the Product roadmap to address both immediate and long- term Product strategy. Interested candidates with the following skills are encouraged to apply.

• 8 years of Product Management experience and 5 years at the leadership level
• Must be an exceptional People leader and people influencer with contacts in the external market
• Thought Leader- Strong communication skills and ability to engage, bring along for the journey and influence
• Product Strategy - Provide strategic leadership for product management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, Service delivery, marketing, finance, legal, etc. to align product strategies with business goals.
• Market research - through strategic insights, identify opportunities and trends to define and prioritize product features based on customer needs.
• Build and lead high performing Product team
• Oversee the entire Product lifecycle, develop and execute product roadmaps
• Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
