**Key Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; attendance at a technical trade school is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical, HVAC, or low-voltage installations.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles and system safety.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license; readiness to travel to various job sites.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions, including off-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
