**Key Responsibilities:**

• Design and manage large-scale relational and non-relational database systems like MariaDB, MongoDB, and others.
• Enhance database performance through advanced strategies and tooling development in Python.
• Ensure system reliability with robust failover designs and disaster recovery plans.
• Orchestrate containerized database workloads using Kubernetes for optimal scaling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven applications and initiatives.
  
  

**Core Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related experience equivalent.
• 1-5 years in database or systems engineering.
• Expertise in SQL and relational databases; strong skills in Python scripting.
• Experience with Kubernetes and strong Linux fundamentals.
• Capability to thrive in a pressure-driven production environment.
• Knowledge of AI tools for workflow enhancement.
  
  

**Desirable Skills:**

• Experience with graph databases, Oracle, or ProxySQL.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Previous experience in trading or production environments.
