$165,000–$185,000 | Hybrid
A national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 4–7 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts.
Ideal candidates will have experience drafting substantive motions and briefs, managing discovery and e-discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing cases for trial. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
DC bar admission or eligibility to waive in is required.
