What You'll Be Doing You'll own the controls division — managing the installation, programming, commissioning, and servicing of Building Management Systems across a diverse portfolio of commercial and institutional facilities. - Lead and manage a team of controls technicians
- Program, commission, and troubleshoot Siemens, Honeywell, and other BMS platforms
- Interface with engineers, mechanical contractors, and facility managers at the highest level
- Coordinate projects from scope to sign-off
- Collaborate with an experienced engineering and service team behind you every step of the way
- 5 years of hands-on BAS/BMS experience with a track record of running projects, not just working them
- Deep proficiency with Siemens and/or Honeywell building automation platforms
- The ability to lead people as confidently as you lead a commissioning sequence
- Strong communication skills — you can talk to a facilities director and a field tech in the same afternoon and nail both conversations
- A self-starter mentality with the organizational chops to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
