BIM / Revit Specialist – Hybrid Schedule

Seattle, WA Area | Full-Time

A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a BIM / Revit Specialist to support industrial and commercial engineering projects within its Engineering Services group. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineering teams on complex electrical infrastructure and facility projects while supporting a collaborative hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and coordinating BIM/Revit models and construction documentation for electrical systems and related building infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM/Revit models and construction documentation for electrical engineering projects
• Produce and revise:
  • Site and building plans
  • Electrical layouts
  • Elevations and details
  • Schematic diagrams
  • Equipment and panel layouts
  • Schedules and project documentation
• Coordinate drawings and models with engineering and project teams
• Support project documentation management and organization
• Assist with revisions, markups, and drawing updates throughout project lifecycles
• Maintain drawing standards and quality across multiple projects

Qualifications

• Associate degree in drafting/design technology or related field preferred
• 1 years of industry experience in BIM, Revit, or electrical drafting/design environments
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit required
• Experience supporting electrical or industrial projects preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, and PDF/document management tools
• Experience with project collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project coordination and follow-up
