Lead the Automation Strategy at Two of America's Largest Health Systems
Step into a strategic delivery role at the center of healthcare's digital transformation. You'll run the automation portfolio inside the Intelligent Automation CoE working directly with the Director of Intelligent Automation & Digital Transformation on initiatives that reduce administrative burden, improve patient care, and return real hours to caregivers.
This isn't project management in the abstract. You'll be the connective tissue between clinical leaders, revenue cycle, IT, and the UiPath CoE translating automation capability into outcomes the C-suite actually tracks.
What You'll Own
- The full automation project lifecycle intake discovery build UAT hypercare across multiple concurrent workstreams
- The automation demand pipeline and prioritization against patient-care goals
- Steering committees, sprint reviews, and executive briefings on value delivered
- KPI reporting: FTE savings, cost avoidance, error reduction, cycle-time gains
- Cross-functional delivery teams UiPath devs, BAs, QA, infrastructure, change management
- Compliance across HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, and Joint Commission standards
What You Bring
- 5 years project management, 2 years leading UiPath (or equivalent RPA) in production
- Hospital system or health-plan delivery experience at scale
- Hands-on with Epic (MyChart, OpTime, Beaker) or Cerner/Meditech workflows
- Revenue cycle automation chops: prior auth, claims, eligibility, charge capture
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certified
- Fluency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps
Bonus Points For:
UiARD cert, UiPath AI Center / Process Mining / Test Suite, HL7/FHIR integration, Ascension or Sanford scale experience, Prosci ADKAR change mgmt, Lean Healthcare / Six Sigma
