Licensed Master Plumber New Construction
Growing construction organization is seeking an experienced Licensed Master Plumber to support large-scale new-construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
- Lead and oversee plumbing installations including underground, rough-in, domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas and fixtures.
- Read blueprints and ensure work meets code, quality and project requirements.
- Coordinate with GCs, superintendents, project managers and other trades.
- Lead crews while maintaining safety, productivity and schedules.
- Support inspections, testing and project closeout.
Requirements:
- Active Master Plumber license in PA, NJ, DE or another Mid-Atlantic jurisdiction.
- Strong multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality or large-scale residential experience.
- Solid knowledge of plumbing codes and installation methods.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel regionally.
