**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor s degree required.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Strong experience with Jira and managing product development workflows.
- Excellent communication skills; capable of articulating technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in product management or support in product development lifecycles is a plus.
- Familiarity with peer review processes and systems like ScholarOne Manuscripts or Research Exchange is advantageous.
