### Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Building Automation Technician
- Certified in Tridium AX or N4, with strong skills in Workbench programming
- Proficiency with BacNet, LON protocols, and basic Ethernet configuration
- Familiarity with Siemens, Honeywell, JCI, or Schneider Electric HVAC programming software
- Strong IT knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with Facility Managers
- Ability to work independently and pass all necessary security clearances
- Valid Driver s License and ability to pass a pre-hire drug screening
- Experience with diagnostic equipment and various operating systems
