The Opportunity
This is a field-based, full-cycle sales role — you own the process from first contact to signed contract. You'll be out in the territory every day, developing new residential and commercial accounts, conducting site visits, delivering estimates, and closing business. If you're energized by being in front of people, thrive on independence, and know how to earn a customer's trust, this role was built for you. This is not a call center job or an order-taking role. We want a self-starter who can build a pipeline, manage it professionally, and convert opportunities into revenue.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new B2B and B2C accounts across our Southwest Virginia service territory
- Conduct site visits and property assessments to evaluate paving, sealing, and repair needs
- Prepare and present accurate, professional estimates and proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Build long-term relationships with property managers, HOAs, contractors, municipalities, and residential clients
- Maintain your pipeline and customer records using CRM tools
- Represent the Donnie's brand with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs after contract execution
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of direct sales experience (outside sales, field sales, or B2B/B2C account development preferred)
- Self starter who is hungry and highly motivated to grow our business and enrich themselves financially through earned commissions
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
- Comfortable selling to both homeowners and commercial decision-makers
- Strong communication, follow-through, and closing skills
- Willingness to learn and use technology tools including CRM software and estimating systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and ability to report to job sites daily
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in construction, paving, landscaping, or a related trade is a plus — we'll teach the product

Pay: $35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
