BEING A LIBERTY TEAM MEMBER

What will my role as a Beach Attendant entail?

• Providing a warm and sincere welcome to all of our guests and residents.
• Providing guests with an exceptional beach experience.
• Setting up and breaking down beach setup.
• Standing out in the sand and Florida sun for hours at a time.
• Assisting with food and beverage deliveries from hotel to the beach.
• Replacing soaked towels and equipment.
• Keeping the beach inventory in well working manner.
• Running back and forth from hotel to beach on quick errands.
• Delivering on Forbes Travel Guide standards.
• MAKING GREAT TIPS BY DELIVERING ON ALL THE ABOVE!

What is the compensation for this position?

• $16 per hour daily cash tips

JOINING LIBERTY PARKING

• Possess the ability to communicate effectively
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid state or federal ID.
• Neat and professional appearance
• Have the desire to help others
• Have the desire to help your team win day in and day out

Physical requirements:

• Ability to sprint short distances.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
• Ability to work in extreme elements – heat, wind, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds.'
