What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work one-on-one with patients to perform vision tests and diagnostic measurements as ordered by the physician
- Accurately document clinical information in patient records
- Guide patients through their visit by answering questions, explaining diagnoses, and reviewing surgical or medication instructions
- Assist physicians during minor in-office procedures
- Manage incoming patient calls, assist with scheduling, and triage urgent concerns
- Serve as a key member of the care team by communicating clearly and stepping in to help wherever needed
