Training Manager / Supervising Manager
Liberty National- Mayo Agencies -- Austin, TX
Liberty National is an innovative sales and marketing organization undergoing the greatest expansion efforts in our Company's rich 113 year history. As such we have had an influx of new hires needing on the job training. We are a Fortune 1000 company, with an international presence. We just opened our Austin office October 1, and are looking for hard working, motivated Leaders in the Austin area, who are not afraid to try something new. We have the following two management positions that we are currently looking to fill.
Training Manager
Primary duties include:
-Overseeing of comprehensive company approved training program that includes classroom, field, and online training for new employees.
-Ensuring that Liberty National system based training is utilized according to company standards.
-Creating and development of office specific new training material
-Participation in weekly Agency training.
Supervising Manager
Supervising Agents work hand in hand with the recruiting dept, to find and train top notch Liberty National Employees. They provide new hires with the needed guidance, support and encouragement during their first months of employment. This position is an entry level management position, with ability to move up quickly. Supervising Agents also participate in accelerated management training, and are encouraged to be innovation and creative in their training.
Primary duties include:
-Training of new Agents.
-Supervising of Agent's daily activity.
-Involvement in recruiting processes.
-Assessment of new hires.
