Description
We are looking for an Assistant Director to lead a team of analysts in the Analyst Development Program (ADP) to share experiences, coach, and develop the future of analytical talent at Liberty. The Analyst Development Program is a cross functional college hire program that engages in quarterly rotations to provide exposure opportunities to recent college graduates. Analysts in the program will rotate through USRM and GRS functions after robust onboarding and training. In addition, this role will require input into the go-forward strategy for the changing analytical and global needs of Liberty Mutual.
- Ideal candidate will be based out of Plano, TX. Relocation assistance may be offered at manager discretion.
- This position will have in-office components based on candidate location.
