Analyze KPI trends across segments and channels to understand performance versus plan and identify drivers of operational and financial gaps. Monitor real-time and monthly results against expectations, investigating meaningful deviations and surfacing actionable insights. Support Direct financial planning by collaborating across teams to set forward-looking business targets and performance expectations. Query, curate, and analyze large datasets from multiple platforms and sources to answer critical and complex business questions. Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling presentations and recommendations for stakeholders and senior leaders. Partner with Operational Data & Reporting to prioritize, develop, and optimize standard reporting that improves visibility into business performance. Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while proactively communicating progress, risks, and insights to business partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets and using data to diagnose business performance and comfort working through ambiguity and bringing structure to complex business problems. Ability to connect operational trends to financial and strategic outcomes, with strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to tailor insights for technical and non-technical audiences. Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for a variety of audiences, including senior leadership. Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across peer teams. Technical proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Python/R, Power BI, or similar platforms, as applicable. Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum 3 years, typically 4 or more years of experience, or equivalent, is required. Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative field are preferred fields of study. Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, statistical principles and methodologies, and techniques. Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros, scripts, formulas, data visualization, etc.), PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (SAS, Emblem). Must have good planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills. Solid understanding of business to improve business outcomes.
