Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices Leverage search expertise and market knowledge to identify top talent in investment and asset management. Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, team needs and hiring priorities. Manage full-cycle recruiting for investment and operations roles, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. Develop and execute tailored sourcing and search strategies to identify high-quality candidates across active and passive markets. Contribute to building a strong talent function that supports the long-term success of the business. Conduct candidate screenings, assess qualifications and fit, and ensure strong candidate experience throughout the process. Bring a clear point of view to recruiting conversations and help shape hiring decisions with market insight and best practices. Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, references, offers, and closing efforts with urgency and professionalism. Track search progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. Partner closely with the Compensation team to capture and communicate candidate compensation expectations and special circumstances ensuring appropriate levels of review and approval are in place to support a smooth and competitive offer process. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Help establish and refine recruiting processes, tools, and best practices for a growing organization. Act as a brand ambassador for LMI, communicating the firm's mission, culture, and opportunity to prospective candidates. Build trusted relationships with leaders and candidates alike Proven experience in search and talent acquisition, with a strong track record of recruiting top talent in investment, asset management, or related financial services environments. Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders and hiring managers. Deep understanding of the market and talent landscape within investment functions. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence, and partner effectively across the organization. Highly proactive and ownership-oriented, with a bias toward action and the ability to drive work independently. Experience helping build or support a scaling organization, including establishing process, introducing best practices, and improving operational effectiveness Strong judgment and integrity and the ability to bring a clear point of view to talent strategy and hiring decisions Ability to balance strategic advising with hands-on execution while consistently delivering high-quality results. Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting for specialized or senior-level roles. Strong sourcing, market mapping, and candidate assessment skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both candidates and business leaders. A collaborative, business-minded approach with a focus on long-term organizational success. Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership, urgency, and accountability. Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities may evolve quickly. Comfortable with sourcing tools and ATS systems, as well as exposure to AI technologies. Bachelor's degree preferred.
