Manages group-wide ERM initiatives across cross-functional teams, contributes to the development of analytical tools, processes, and methodologies, and occasionally presents to senior leaders. Prepares and reviews technical materials and reporting packages for key meetings, including ERM committee sessions. Conducts and reviews research and analysis on existing and emerging risks; supports implementation and drafts recommendations, occasionally leading initiatives to address specific risk issues. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; Master's degree preferred. 6 to 8 years of relevant experience required, preferably in risk management or a related area. Strong quantitative analysis and modeling skills required, with significant experience in an analytical role such as financial analysis, product management, actuarial, or underwriting. Demonstrated project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to completion. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present complex information to diverse audiences.
