What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Marketplace Platform Administrator position at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group?
Plan and coordinate marketplace platform releases and vendor updates to maintain core features Monitor platform performance, availability, and operational health Diagnose and resolve platform incidents and operational issues Coordinate with enterprise technology teams on integrations and dependencies tied to marketplace roadmap commitments Manage platform capacity and scalability as usage grows Facilitate access request and approval workflows for new assets or permissions not already provisioned (supporting the Security/IAM/Compliance lead) Partner with the Product Lead, Governance Lead, Infrastructure and architecture teams to ensure the platform supports evolving marketplace requirements Engage with platform vendor and implementation partner on releases, incidents, and roadmap-related integration work Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer, or a related field 10 years of Platform operations or engineering professional with experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or SaaS platforms At least 5 years addition experience with strong background in platform monitoring, integrations, and vendor coordination, familiarity operating in environments with uptime and performance expectations Comfortable partnering with product, security, and enterprise technology teams Working knowledge of data governance, access controls, and cloud/SaaS platform administration (Atlan experience a plus) Experience coordinating with vendor and implementation partners on platform delivery
