What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Application Analyst - CMDB position at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group?
Works as data steward to collaborate with data office to ensure standard approach for data delivery to stakeholders. Collaborates closely with configuration manager and Config and asset process owners to understand, implement and monitor data quality KPIs and provides feedback on improvements. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trend data performance against these metrics. Report on data performance to management and recommend corrective actions as needed. Identify process improvement opportunities using data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining a culture of collaboration and trust. Define, document, and maintain the data management framework, policies, and standards. Participate in cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and change initiatives. Participate in a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to organizational goals through process innovation. Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years working with management of IT assets or related experience Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills required Strong communication and interpersonal skills required Experience with data management preferred Knowledge of ServiceNow or CMDB concepts preferred Knowledge of Application Portfolio Management concepts preferred Experience working in a multi-organizational project preferred
