When you take part in this 11-week internship, you'll have the opportunity to research, analyze, and recommend solutions that can impact business decisions at one of the leading property and casualty insurance companies in the country. The details: * You'll work individually and as part of a team to gather and analyze data using both qualitative and quantitative methods--all while you enhance your skills and refine your business acumen in the fast-paced insurance industry. You'll participate in a curated training curriculum to enhance your analytical and technical skills. What you've got: * You have 0-2 years of related professional experience. You are working towards a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline. A strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred. You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills. You have some experience with or a strong desire to learn technical programs, including the MS Office suite specifically Excel, and have some knowledge of SAS Database Managment tools such as SAS, Visualization tools such as Power BI, as well as R, Python, Power BI and/or SQL. You can commit to a full-time, 11-week internship program. You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
