As our Business Development and Assistant Sales Manager, you'll earn a competitive salary of $66,300-$74,000 annually, based on experience. With commission potential up to $1000 per month. We also have an excellent benefits package, including:

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presence and confidence networking in person
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain accountable
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic design tools

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER
In this full-time role, you'll build and strengthen relationships with real estate professionals, property managers, luxury residential communities, senior living partners, and relocation organizations throughout Long Island and surrounding areas. You'll work directly with our Director of Sales to support growth initiatives, identify new referral opportunities, coordinate outreach efforts, and nurture existing partnerships. You'll also contribute to marketing projects, assist with social media engagement, help create promotional materials, support events and campaigns, track key performance metrics, and provide valuable insights that help drive business growth and long-term success.
