About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Liberty Military Housing as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to all prospective and current residents within a multi-family residential community
- Answer phones, take and follow up on service requests, show new homes, complete new leases, and ensure residents' needs are met
- Prepare lease documents for residents as part of the move-in process (pets, allotments, etc.)
- Ensure all lease paperwork is completed and entered into the system
Requirements:
- Position requires 6 months of residential property management or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, Internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications preferred (i.e. Yardi, Payscan)
