As the Liberty Military Housing Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Construction , Construction Managers, and Assistant Construction Managers with project administrative operations. In t his role you will assist with construction contracts, invoices, notices to proceed and closeout documents, project tracking and cross-department communication. Liberty Military Housing is one of the largest owner/managers of privatized (PPV) military family housing in the country with nearly 37,000 units nationwide. The Construction Services team helps plan and execute over $100 million in Capital Improvement and Development projects each year.

As the Liberty Military Housing Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Construction , Construction Managers, and Assistant Construction Managers with project administrative operations. Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Responsible for all aspects of tracker management, including site assignment updates, document completion dates, reallocation tracking for zeroed lines, and start dates.
- Updating the construction contact list and distributing notifications when districts or properties change ownership.
- Responsible for the Construction Environment Services (CES) Knowledge Center (KC) document management.
- Issue Notice to Proceed (NTP) documentation.
- Coordinate substantial completions.
- Track Development Partner reallocations and manage related documentation.
- Closeout package management.
- Process all invoices including one-off projects.
- Process Yardi report processing & data updates for CES.
- Manage monthly partner draws.
- Upload and manage contracts and budget revisions.
- Prepare contract packaging.
- Process contract documents through Docusign.
- Distribute contracts to Liberty and subcontractors.
- Review and prepare subcontractor monthly pay applications for draw requisition packages.
- Support Insurance project documentation (NAVFAC, Fire Report, notifications).
- Create change order creation w/ Project Approval Form (PAF).
- Track and manage Davis-Bacon prevailing wage tracking.
- Record meeting minutes for calls or meetings.
- Maintain electronic filing for all documents associated with the position.
- Organize monthly CES team luncheon organization.
What You Need for Success:
- High school diploma or GED required . Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of construction project coordinator experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. MS Excel, Word, Planner, Outlook, Teams, One Drive).
- Experience with Yardi, a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, construction partners, regional and site teams, as well as the ability to work independently and under time constraints.
- Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a schedule, while keeping a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with construction budgeting and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of military, federal, or government construction processes, a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
Salary : $68,640 - $74,000
